The “Chamelion” comic strip marks the 100th Bric-a-Brats comic to be posted on this website!! I’ve had a great time creating and sharing this comic strip for the last 2 years, and I cannot express how thankful I am to those of you who have followed along with the characters and have given me tremendous support throughout this time. I am still waiting to hear from several of the major syndicates in regards to major distribution of the Bric-a-Brats comic strip, so let’s all keep our fingers crossed. For the past couple years, while doing the strip, I have been putting things off to make sure I make my deadline with the newspaper and websites that currently publish the strip, and I’ve also had additional responsibilities come my way as well. That being said, I have decided to place the Bric-a-Brats comics on hiatus ……..indefinately. In addition to catching up on some of my family and personal responsibilites I have decided to take this time to also pursue an illustration opportunity that has come my way, one that I’ve been unable to get started with everything else going on in life.

As soon as I feel able, I will resume creating Bric-a-Brats comics not only because I love doing it, but because from what I’ve heard from you, the fans, it’s brought many of you some laughs, some joy and some memories and that makes it all worthwhile. Until then, the website will remain active and you can enjoy the first 100 comic strips over and over again by visiting the comic strip archives.
